Jan Svoboda is IBM Rational Technical Specialist for Central Europe, based in Prague, Czech Republic. In his role he is consulting and architecting Application Lifecycle Management solutions for successful software delivery. He is also helping with best practices and agile methodologies for products and services development. Prior to joining IBM he worked at R&D department developing J2EE based SOA applications.
