Hotels: The most convenient way to stay at the conference is to book a room at the Hotel itself. When you order, it is best you email to Ulrika.Nordstrom (at) elite.se and mention 'devopsdays' discount. About 60 discounted rooms have been foreseen with a price of 1250 SEK/night (Incl Taxes), we had earlier information of a price of 1110 SEK/night but that was excl taxes, sorry for the confusion. As of 4th of September there actual are some better discounts that you can get if you book for two nights directly on the hotel site https://www.member.elite.se/eng/reservation

Airports: Both Gothenburg Landvetter Airport and Gothenburg City Airport is conveniently located close to the center. The airport coach from Landvetter stops at the hotel, the airport coach from the City airport stops about 2 kilometers from the hotel at Nils Ericsson where you can go by tram or bus to the hotel. Goteborg - Landvetter airport about 20 km from the City are served by regular airlines. Goteborg city airport about 15 km from the City are served by Ryan Air and Wizz air.

Copenhagen airport is about 3 hours by train to Göteborg, there are trains that go directly from the Copenhagen airport to Göteborg. For more info about the trains see SJ

By train: You can go by train from Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. See SJ

By ferry: There are ferries between Göteborg - Kiel (Germany) and Göteborg - Fredrikshavn(Denmark), see Stena Line. Unfortunately there are no ferries anymore between England and Göteborg, then you have to go via Esbjerg in Denmark, see DFDS Seaways and then train via Copenhagen to Göteborg or train to Fredrikshavn and then ferry to Göteborg
